Curious about clacking tiles and clever strategy? Join us for Mahjong 101, a beginner-friendly intro to American mahjong, a card-based game with roots in the rich tradition of Chinese mahjong. You’ll learn the basics of this beloved game of skill, luck, and a little bit of drama. No experience needed. Just bring your brain and a good sense of fun!
We’re located right near the corner of Addison & Clark, just a few doors down from Wrigley Field in the heart of Lakeview. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots happening year-round—Cubs games, concerts, the Christkindlmarket, special events at Gallagher Way, and all kinds of neighborhood festivals and shows. Because of that, traffic and parking can shift a bit depending on what’s going on nearby.

Our sessions are small and every seat matters to the group. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
• Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance • If plans change and you contact us before the 72 hour window, we will do our best to help with store credit • Inside the 72 hour window (including same-day changes and no-shows) we are unable to offer store credit or rescheduling • All tickets are final sale; we do not offer cash refunds or ticket transfers
